Do I get access to the whole package or do I need to pay for widgets separately?

Once you choose your plan, you can download all the widgets available with no additional payments.

How can I install new widgets?

We will send you an email to access the members section. Then, simply download the widget you need, unpack the .zip file by double-clicking and install the widget by double-clicking again! EverWeb will take it from there and install the widget for you.

We recommend using the Categories feature in EverWeb's Widgets tab to help organize your widgets.

Can I redownload widgets if I lose them?

Yes! As long as you have an active membership you can login at anytime and download your Widgets.

Will my widgets stop working if I miss the renewal of the plan?

No, your widgets are with you forever, even if you miss the renewal. But to get the latest widgets released and for support you will need to renew your plan.

What if I need a feature added to a Widget?

Write us about this and let us know your thoughts! We work for our customers and listen to what they want closely. Simply drop us a message with whatever you have to say and we will look into it. We will try our hardest to create the widgets you need!

My widgets are not working, what are my options?

We have email support eager to help you with whatever issues you might run into. Be sure to contact us if something isn't working!
