Start with adding text to your bar or modifying the default one.
The "Fixed Position" option will make your bar be fixed to a certain position on the screen regardless of the scroll position.

Button Settings
Lastly, customize the button appearance to your liking. You can set button text, link, colors and border.
You can customize its mouseover styles to give a nice effect has the visitor moves their mouse over the button.
